Some people 
love, love, love water.  I am not one of them.   Don't get me wrong; a nice cold glass of agua is refreshing on a hot summer day.  But to drink it consistently (because I do have to sip on something at all times) bores me to tears.
But.... (Oh, I dread this but.) 
...I intend to drink the minimal eight cups daily.  Starting tomorrow.

Water has so many health benefits that I can't give myself any more excuses not to.  So here goes nothing....
