Mini Soap

If you have diabetes and you're fat, the disease is no excuse for you to not exercise. It's every excuse for you TO exercise.

  1. Speaking as a fat person... It's all about being content to be fat. I've been overweight my entire adult life. Until recently I was ok with that. I'm not diabetic, didn't have a heart attack. I just finally got tired of being fat. I'm a runner now. A big slow fat runner. But I'm making the effort. I just am thankful that it didn't take diabetes to wake me up.

  2. I believe this came form a conversation Vicky and I had recently and i have to chime in. I had the "Big D" and had to take like 8 pills a day to fix all my "problems". I of course while on these was in denial and wanted to blame genetics and such. Guess what got off my butt and lost 50 pounds and BLAMO! pills are gone all gone! including the CPAP torture machine i had to use. I know there are probably some skinny folks out there who have diabetes and for them i feel bad but most people i have ever met with the "Big D" could easily overcome it with a little bit of self control and some non exercise (not working that hand to mouth muscle so much) and of course get up and MOVE!!!and Lonnie You Rock!!!
